It is Meta's official platform for businesses: send broadcasts, run chatbots, manage live chat with a team and connect WhatsApp to your website, CRM and tools, with a verified business name and green-tick eligibility.
What does the plan cost?
₹70,000 + 18% GST (₹82,600 total) for a 5-year software license, including complete setup and one-time training. AI-based reply is an optional add-on at ₹10,000 per year.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. ₹70,000 + GST covers the software for 5 years. Only the optional AI-based reply add-on is billed yearly.
What is included in the setup?
Meta Business account and WhatsApp embedded signup, number connection, business profile and display name, message templates, basic chatbot and live chat configuration, plus a one-time training session for your team.
Is support included?
Yes. Timely support is provided for the full plan period for software-related queries and issues.
Are WhatsApp conversation charges included?
The plan includes 2,00,000 message credits per month on the software. Meta's per-conversation charges, if any, are billed by Meta separately as per their pricing.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, as long as it is not currently active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, or we help you migrate it. A new number works too.
